Today, Mayor Muriel Bowser cut the ribbon on Cycle House, an 18-unit, all-affordable housing community in Ward 5’s Truxton Circle. This project shows our commitment to sustainable and affordable housing. As Mayor Bowser said, it wasn’t easy, but we saw it to the finish line.
