The 5'11", 180lb first-team All-Conference selection led Conference Carolinas in interceptions (4) and passes defended (12) during the season. Recognized as an All-Defense honoree, Woods proved instrumental on special teams as well, excelling both as a gunner and return specialist while accumulating 406 career kickoff return yards.

His exceptional blend of keen field awareness, disciplined technique, and playmaking instincts established him as a formidable presence in UNCP's secondary and beyond.
