We stand in solidarity with current and former staff and reiterate that the time for anti-racist, intersectional change at Women Deliver is long overdue.

📢To our followers: This is sector-wide problem, and it's time for change. What 2021 goals are you setting around your #antiracist & #intersectional commitments? Then do the work & *show,* not tell. #SRHR

Hey global health leaders, want an easy way to put your anti-racist values into practice this fine Monday? Check out this thread from @WDforchange. I just signed up to be a mentor. It feels great and takes 2 seconds. https://t.co/aNRWMHLjZt

⭐️Update: Over the past couple weeks, Women Deliver settled on a cohort of staff who will remain at the organization in both transitional & core roles. Departing staff were offered a 2-month severance package and a career coaching service.
Women Deliver for Change is devastated by the recent news.⬇️
A majority of @WomenDeliver staff are expected to leave the org on Dec 18. We are aligning on next steps & prioritizing updating partners, closing out projects, & supporting each other.
Although many members of @WDforchange are leaving, we will keep applying pressure, pushing the envelope, & advocating for a truly #antiracist, decolonized Women Deliver—both for the staff who will remain and the people it is meant to serve.
