@PeachPassGA I can't log into the app. CS had me reset my password which didn't help because they're wasn't anything wrong with it but they said it's the only was to fix it but guess what... it didn't. Also why are there missing toll points on the app? Also I don't see any bio
@DIRECTV yall wild for not informing your customer base of this fiasco with Disney! And before you say check TvPromise, I shouldn't have to! This is the 2nd time this has happened within 6 months of service
@DIRECTV@DIRECTVhelp I am very disappointed in the level of customer service I have received from the chat. I have not received the rewards card I was promised for signing up and the rewards center and customer service just keep blaming each other. The ball was dropped period
@billkmorrow I am a newly signed up customer and the chat customer service is not good. I spoke with Vishwanath who is suppose to be a manager and he/she provided very little help. Your cancelation policy is not clear. Date of purchase and sign up date are 2 different things
@Popeyes ordered 12pc sweet n spicy in the drive thru. Guy asked me to pull up. I'm like cool they might be cooking. 15 minutes pass and still no food. I go in and the dude looks lost when I ask where is my food. Manager ask do I want to wait 8 mins... hell no...refund plz
