Keep Halloween safe for everyone
As little ghosts and goblins get ready to hit the streets, please help keep our community safe by remembering to:
•Drive well below the speed limit in residential areas
•Watch carefully for children in costumes, especially when turning or backing up
•Avoid distractions like cell phones
•Turn on your headlights early to see and be seen
•Never pass a stopped vehicle –it may be dropping off trick-or-treaters
•Always drive sober
Let’s make sure everyone enjoys a safe and fun Halloween night.

Even though Felicity was eager to go swimming, she was also delighted to receive this donation of art supplies from @RBC at our Weekend with Friends Home (the Solcz Home).
Special thanks to RBC's @ann_diab for facilitating this latest gift to the children & families we serve.
Our Community Relations Coordinator @KieranMcKenzie spoke with Dan MacDonald about our 25th Annual Walk on Erie event recently & discussed a new app for Windsor-Essex that will help connect respite workers with families called Respite Now.

Today, for #ThankfulThursday we would like to express our gratitude to everyone who supported FRS and through us the children and families we serve with a financial contribution for #GivingTuesday .
At FRS our Mission is to work in partnership with families who have children with disabilities. We strengthen families & contribute to children having meaningful lives in their community.
For #GivingTuesday please consider giving the gift of Respite.

Very grateful for the opportunity created by our friends at the @MultiCulturalCl to participate in their Health & Wellness Expo. @KieranMcKenzie & Alyssa were delighted to chat with #newcomers from across #WindsorEssex about our services and how they can be accessed.
The multi-talented @jannarden helped produce a series of beautifully animated videos called Growing Together. Part of the @StoriesforCare series. Several variations of #caregiving are addressed in the content. This one discussing #Respite Care hits home.
