Great discussion and sharing around the cost of participation for survivors - there's a feeling of duty for some survivors and constantly speaking on their trauma and experiences can be draining.

Very important to be cognisant of this when reporting on gender-based violence.

Slashing sick-pay is backwards, callous, and dangerous.

This is a political choice. It's bad for EVERYONE and particularly bad for women who are more than twice as likely to be paid below the lower earnings limit.
