The MO Supreme Court has released a 5-2 decision in support of Judge Callahanβs ruling that the MO voter photo ID rules are misleading, contradictory, & unconstitutional.

Director Andrews encourages community members and staff to speak up about under-reporting.
The @kwoodschools Board of Education is hearing the public presentation regarding the disproportionality related to removal-based discipline for African American students with disabilities, especially for ISS less than 10 days.
Backer notes that with new discipline policies which reduce suspensions, they run the risk of under-reporting or differently identifying things that are functionally suspensions. She says this doesn't support the intention of the policy and isn't something should be rewarded.
