Whiskey Sour
2 oz Michter’s US*1 American
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz rich simple syrup (2 sugar : 1 water)
1 egg white (optional)
Garnish: 3 drops aromatic bitters

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish.
