#SchoolMeals provide the essential nutrients children need to grow, learn, and thrive, ensuring healthy development well into childhood.
Constructive meeting with partners from the Agricultural Credit Corporation & @jordanriverfdn to review progress on providing interest-free financing to support climate adaptive agriculture, strengthen value chains, and enhance food security and resilience for farmers in #Jordan.
Thanks to 🇪🇺EU support, the programme currently supports 700 Syrian women and men across Zaatari and Azraq refugee camps, under a broader EU-funded project in coordination with @UNHCRJordan.
Ambassador Pierre-Christophe Chatzisavas of @EUinJordan visited Zaatari camp to observe WFP activities for refugee youth, providing practical skills and training that support livelihoods and strengthen pathways to self-reliance.
Thanks to China's dedicated support in 2025-2026, WFP #Jordan expanded the school feeding programme to Zaatari and Azraq camps, supporting children’s nutrition and education while creating livelihood opportunities for women through healthy kitchens.
Partners and donors joined WFP Jordan & @MoEJordan at @RHASJordan to witness the National School Feeding Programme in action, where students transform meal packaging into creative art, highlighting the programme's impact on learning and engagement.
