Last evening we received an official visit from MEGS and the provincial team. We had the pleasure of Exalting Elliott port. What a fabulous evening!

We had the pleasure of an official visit by the Prov GSN E Comp Malcolm Thornton and his team last evening. Our VIP presented E Comp Denzil Griffith his 40 year certificate. The Chapter performed all 3 lectures and afterwards enjoyed an excellent festive board.

W Bro Derek (skip) Attree has written a book about his life and some of the famous people he has met in his career. He has raised £1000 so far for Phyllis Tuckwell hospice. The books are £5.00 each available at Bordon masonic centre or from Derek himself. @PTHospice

Our 1st real meeting tonight since the lockdown. We are doing a practice Exaltation in readiness for next month when we will be doing it for real.

It was great to be with all the companions at the Provincial Grand Chapter Annual Convocation today to see everyone receiving their honours. At last some normality!

We will soon be on the road to the Novotel in Southampton for the Provincial annual Convocation to support E Comp Graham Hawkes who will be awarded ProvGStB. Congratulations Graham!

We had an Installation meeting with 6 last night, the 3 Principals will stay in office for a 3rd year. We had to get a dispensation from Provincial Grand Chapter and last night Proclaimed the 3 Principals for a further year. It was certainly different!

We may have reluctantly suspended our meetings for this year, but we are all looking forward to next year when we can all safely meet again.
We have some Candidates in the pipeline and look forward to the time when we can Exalt them into this beautiful order!

Our MEZ E Comp Steve Russell in compliance with the wishes of more than 66% of the Companions have reluctantly decided to suspend the November and December Convocations. This decision was not taken lightly, but for the safety and well being of the members, the correct one!

Last night we Exalted Bro Stuart Clarke into the Chapter, it is always special to see a brother go through this wonderful ceremony and last night was no exception.

Congratulations to Companion Stuart on taking the final step in ancient freemasonry.

Very enjoyable Exaltation rehearsal ceremony last evening, good training for the Exaltation of our next new member in March!
A visitor last evening asked to become a joining member and 2 Craft Masons have been in contact for application forms. The future looks bright!

We will be carrying out a Demonstration Exaltation Ceremony on Monday 4th December. Looking forward to it!
