Contrary to rumors, Rockstar never confirmed GTA 6 development started in 2015.

That claim comes from a former employee's LinkedIn, as Take-Two confirmed full development only began in earnest in 2020 after RDR2.

Grand Theft Auto 6 wanted system:

- 6 star system, not 5 like GTAV
- Can run off in alleyways and side streets
- Jason & Lucia can split off to distract police
- Cops can figure out what you're wearing and driving, so you can change clothes & cars
- 'Criminal Profile' system
