If we are at our absolute performance peak throughout the season, I could see comfortably play offs, maybe even a title push.

Clubs such as ourselves, Burgess Hill will hit the ground running faster, due to squad retention.

42 games is widely unpredictable however.

@TheRamsFeed If we actually got into the play offs, that would be an unbelievable achievement considering where we came from last year, and even a few months ago.

@wellingunited If we want to go up a level from last season and be back in the NLS, then it can only be a good thing if we are playing NLS teams for pre-season in a few months.

Next season, if we can get 1000+ attendance per home league game, what an achievement it would be. Clubs such as Burgess Hill and Ramsgate have achieved or come close to it every game through smart matchday adjustment.

With our history and catchment area we can do it.

Most of the squad retained, plus some great additions as well in the form of Anyadike, Kingsford as well as Wright all joining, really clever moves by ourselves.

Also really liking the total upgrade of club operations this summer, great to see. Well done @Ryanmax89734412.

@TheWingsWay Remember Sam a few years ago at the club, great lad with a great attitude who despite not starting many games, gave his all for the club.

Jack Sims in goal for the 1st half of the season, then Boyce Clark were excellent for us that season however.

I can scarcely believe it, what a great transfer window so far.

@ctfc_paddy Stanway could be a lot larger, Colchester is actually a very good catchment area, but Colchester United seem to have an iron clad grip over the City, so naturally it is very difficult.

I think they will fit in just fine to be honest.

A well-picked selection of Clubs competing in the Isthmian Premier 26/27, all well-supported and backed for the most part.

So looking forward to August now, and some new away trips too. Let's get those away and home attendances up.

@wellingunited Brilliant stuff. What a job MacKenzie has done in the last few months, strong character and GK.

What stands out for me is his mentality after early setbacks to get on with it, and he has grown from strength to strength since.

Delighted to be seeing MacKenzie next season.
