@AerLingus So aer lingus. Since I DM you ref baggage charge I've heard not a thing!! As expected I didn't have to pay on my return flight , so the explanation from your advisor who charged me may be correct " its only outgoing from Belfast " so whats the score, I travel 50 times annually?

@AerLingus so aer lingus (emerald airlines) when did you change your bag policy at Belfast city airport.just charged £35 for a bag,apparently the carry on policy in Belfast has changed. quote by a rep! I fly approx 60 times a year with you as did last week. Never had issues!

@AerLingus @amajox As I was told at Belfast city on Monday, your bag won't be checked on return flight from EMA. Not a sniff of a check! So it seems to me Belfast outbound you'll pay for a carry on bag! Will this be the case for me everytime as a frequent flyer with you.thats all I need to know?

@AerLingus BTW I last travelled last Mon and wed belfast Southampton return, no issue.what got me was he said its only belfast out, as flight crew complaining! I fly 1105 today from EMA so will see!! As I say no issue, just communicate and be consistent. Ps love the service normally!

@AerLingus Hi no inconvenience just inconsistent service. I love the regional flights as they are my work horse but to be selected when others clearly carrying a similar bag! If its new policy, no worries but tell people( I'm a regular and didn't know) ref 22IL4B

@belfastairport instead of taking on new routes supply enough staff to service your flights . Delayed flight to Newcastle ready to ho and no staff to service it, really! An international airport, I didn't think so . Hang your heads in shame

@AerLingus I have thus morning submitted a form for damage to my case ( now unusable) after many engagement on what's app . I need someone to call me to sort this rather than this non personal fill a form approach . Come on aer lingus u can do much better!!

@AerLingus bag badly damaged on Southampton to Belfast flight late last night. Reported to ground staff rushing home. Promised a call today, nothing . Called NI number all day, no answer !! Aer lingus flyer ( 6 to 8 times a month) surely you can do better ! Don't be ryan air

@StephenNolan 30 min flight from Liverpool, 45 min wait for bag ( doesn't seem right !!) If taxi booked for pick up extra expense for their wait . Fly Belfast city , much better experience and operations manager has it sorted
