@krassenstein Typical argument by a BAD attorney. "Prejudicial" testimony is only inadmissible if it is UNFAIRLY prejudicial, or if its tendency to enflame the jury outweighs its probative value. This was not even in the same area code as a close call (to mix several metaphors, wtf).
@historyinmemes Hidden painting found behind a 16th century painting titled "Life of San Severo". It was found during restoration at the Church of Saint George Maggiore in Naples, Italy. It portrays St. George slaying a dragon.
@PicturesFoIder Rear driver is 100% at fault. Posted speed limit was 35 mph, rear car was less than two (2) car lengths behind, insufficient braking distance at the rate of travel. As a matter of law, the rear driver is required to leave sufficient distance to brake. (NY NJ analysis).
🎉🎉🎉I was in Central Park even earlier than usual this morning and look who I ran into--a coyote! We stared at each other for a few moments before it trundled off. Isn't it beautiful? This is no more than 100 yards from NYC's iconic Fifth Avenue!🥰🥰🥰#birdcpp#coyote
When 19-year-old Dairy Queen manager, Joey Prusak was serving a blind customer, he noticed the man drop a $20 bill.
The woman behind the blind man grabbed the $20 bill and put it in her purse.
Prusak then instructed the woman to return the money. After she said no, the teenager made her leave. “I told her, ‘Ma’am, you can either return the $20 bill or you can leave the store, because I’m not going to serve someone as disrespectful as you.'"
The woman left. But then, Prusak returned to the blind man and gave him $20 of his money.
Prusak notes, "I was just doing what I thought was right. I did it without even really thinking about it."

BREAKING: Republicans enter full blown panic mode as they realize that they are in DEEP trouble for the 2024 election after the Supreme Court hands down a surprising ruling.
Getting it right for once, the court decided 5-4 to uphold a 1986 decision that requires states with racially polarized voting to create the max number of majority-Black or near-majority-Black congressional districts.
This measure ensures that Black voters have the power to elect politicians who represent their values and interests.
Many advocates of American democracy expected the Republican-controlled court to hand down an opposite ruling and continue their war to fully gut the 1965 Voting Rights Act.
This new ruling ensures, at least temporarily, that Black voters who predominantly lean Democratic will not have their votes washed away by cynically grouping them into white Republican districts.
MAGA fanatics are completely freaking out over the court’s decision and screeching that the court can no longer be trusted.

@joncoopertweets No other president has ever engaged in such blatant criminal conduct or otherwise abandoned any pretense of serving the American people.
BREAKING: Democratic Sen. John Fetterman delivers a star-making takedown of Republican policies and corporate greed during a hearing with a Silicon Valley Bank executive.
"Republicans want to give a work requirement for SNAP. A hungry family has to have these kinds of penalties," said Fetterman.
SNAP is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. Republicans want to make it harder to access the life-saving program as part of their ongoing war on the poor.
"Shouldn't you have a working requirement after we bail out your bank with billions?" Fetterman asked the exec.
He's right. It's absurd to target the poor and unprivileged while greedy bankers are wrecking businesses, tanking the economy, and then floating to safety on their golden parachutes!
Retweet if you think that Fetterman is absolutely right!
