.@VZWSupport you have disconnected my 74 y/o mother's phone (while trying to activate a new phone), and now will not pick up. This is an EXTREME safety risk. How do I talk to a live person?
Contacted @apple about swapping LG monitors (one unopened, one used for < 24hrs) for more $$$ Apple ones announced yesterday. They said no, its over 30 days (received late Jan). Super bummed. Customer service matters...
@fedex no one is answering at the US customer number number. What is going on? My freight was supposed to be available for pickup today. Looks to be at facility, but delivery date unavailable.
.@ComcastCares @Xfinity down again despite the assurance from your CSR that you could handle another @PGE4Me outage. You take out vital communication lines w/o warning. What are you doing to prevent this from happening in the future. My network is up, why isnโt yours? #tryharder
@comcastcares The power is out due to fire danger and you folks cutting communication lines puts us at higher risk. We cannot get the timely alerts that could mean the difference between life and death. Please act like you folks take this seriously. #tryharder
@comcastcares Still no answer? We are all waiting. Thousands of people want to know why you are still dependent on @PGE4Me. We know they arenโt reliable, but they at least warn us about outages.
@Xfinity Your CSR was positive that you folks had made the necessary improvements to not have an outage with this @PGE4Me PSPS event. Buuuut my services are down. Why is this not fixed? Communications & information are more important than power. This is negligent.
