If you know anyone who might be at special risk, for example, an #older person living on their own, make sure they know what to do to stay warm and are well stocked with food and medications.
If you are worried about your health or that of somebody you know, ring #NHS 111
🥶Level 3 Severe #Weather UKHSA advice:
Make sure that you stay warm
If going outside make sure you dress appropriately
If indoors, make sure that you keep your heating to the right temperature (at least 18°C)
Wearing suitable clothing

Here's the paper on how leaders can enable change written by @gagenmac. The theme is "the three things that change everything": 1) Telling a compelling story 2) Developing committed leaders 3) Creating an intentional roadmap rather than a project plan: https://t.co/U9l9Q5Lc5h
