We had an amazing visit from @safari_stu in Reception today! We had the chance to meet and even hold some incredible exotic animals. The children and the adults had a great time! 🕷️🐍🦎🪳
The children took part in Remembrance Day today by creating different types of poppies! They were also very sensible and respectful for the 2 minutes silence. Great work, well done! #RemembranceDay

In Reception, we have had a fantastic week learning about different careers! Today, the children were able to dress up as what they would like to be when they grow up. There were so many brilliant outfits and of course the adults had to get involved too! 👩✈️🧚♀️👩🍳
We would like to give a big welcome to our new pet guinea pig, Wiggy! He has settled in really well to his new home and made friends with our older residents, Buzz and Woody. Wiggy cannot wait to meet the new Reception children next week and again in September! ❤️
Today, the Reception children had a special visit from our ‘Artist in Residence’. They learned about the artist Joan Miro and had a go at collaboratively re-creating some of his artwork! 🎨🖌
@ellsbells89 and @suesmith8 visited today and met with the KS2 girls football teams. As a former pupil at WH, Ellen really is an inspiration to our pupils. Everyone at WH will be cheering The Women’s England team on during the Euro’s
