@TheUPSStore @UPS @Forbes Except phone support says it's out for delivery, the driver note says it's at a store, 2nd phone rep says it's back on the truck for delivery the next day, the store rep says it's in the store & they can't do anything; reschedule online. There is no redeliver option on UPS site.
