These cameras need to go. If you are a politician at the local level and are voting to allow these, you are part of the problem. Get rid of flock cameras!
I #teach in a larger #Wisconsin school district. District's like mine have too many central #admins and too many people working 'downtown' who have zero impact on #student learning. My district could cut 2 of our six figure positions and probably operate more efficiently.
I have actually done a lot of research on this topic. The number of deans, principals, asst principals, etc is astounding. The other problem is that often the best teachers become an “adminstrator” because it pays better. In many school districts, there is ample money to pay the good teachers a lot more money. The bureaucracy needs a serious chainsaw action and the incompetent teacher unions need to go.
When Musk took over Twitter it had 7,000 employees. He immediately cut it to 2,000. There were a few early bumps but the site didn't collapse. Public schools should be given a mandate to reduce administrator headcount by 50%.
Would solve all funding issues overnight.
Everyone who supported bureaucrats, media, and politicians who pushed the #plandemic. Every school board member that closed schools and stopped sports. All people county health officials. All police who didn't abide by their oath to Freedom and Liberty.
