@egi_nupe The Appeal Committee route was removed by Decree No 21 of 1994. When compiling LFN 2004, the said decree was omitted, but not repealed. Hence it still applies - Okike v LPDC.

As such, it seems the BOB does not have the right under the law to even constitute an appeal committee.
