This happened to Bernt Herlitz in 2017.

When he appealed the unfair dismissal he ultimately lost and was fined about $50,000.

He and his family faced financial hardship and almost lost their home, until some generous benefactors raised money for him. Bernt remains unemployed today, despite staff shortages for dentists in his area in Gotland.

At the time, Sweden scoffed at the tests and claimed they were “discriminatory” but since then they have quietly brought in mass dental testing, for those whose age is in doubt, by the National Board of Forensic Medicine.

Bernt deserves a medal. Not vilification and unemployment.

NUNES MARQUES DÁ PRAZO DE 15 DIAS PARA JANONES

O ministro Nunes Marques, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), deu prazo de 15 dias nesta terça-feira, 9, para que o deputado federal André Janones (Rede-MG) apresente resposta à queixa-crime protocolada contra ele pela ex-primeira-dama Michelle Bolsonaro.

Pelo despacho, após a resposta ser apresentada, os autos deverão ser enviados à Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR), para o órgão dar um parecer.

Michelle protocolou a queixa-crime, no último dia 25 de maio, por causa de uma publicação feita por Janones que foi considerada ofensiva pela ex-primeira-dama. Ela pede pede uma indenização por danos morais no valor mínimo de 20 mil reais.

Em vídeo publicado no X e no Instagram em 16 de maio, Janones acusa Michelle de ser beneficiária de valores supostamente “roubados” pela família Bolsonaro, em decorrência do suposto envolvimento no caso do Banco Master, com o banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro.

Além da indenização, Michelle pede o recebimento da queixa-crime pelo STF, sendo determinada a instauração da ação penal privada; a condenação de Janones pela prática dos crimes de calúnia, difamação e injúria.
