C began experimenting with the splatter technique, with water colour paints, so we took the painting al fresco into the garden 🎨☀️ #Creative #PersonalisationAndChoice

The 2nd stage of our art project used the wax resist technique with paint over crayons. Still listening to a variety of music genres we chose colours, brush sizes and brush strokes that reflected how the music made us feel. 🖌🎨🎶🎵

This week we began a 5 stage art project. We began by listening to music by some famous composers, thinking about how the music made us feel and using colours and strokes to reflect those feelings. S said enjoyed listening to Hall of the Mountain King by Edvard Grieg. 🎨🎶🎵🖍

This week all of our classes had a very interesting visit from Criminal Investigators from HMRC. They told us all about their job and the equipment they use. We even got to try some on! #WorldOfWork #DYW #BetterFutures @wlconnolly @Class1CSC @WLCDYW @DYWWestLothian
