سعید زینالی، متولد ۳۱ شهریور ۱۳۵۵ هست.
دانشجویی که در حوادث کوی دانشگاه در ۲۳ تیر ۱۳۷۸ در منزلش بازداشت و به نقطه نامعلومی منتقل شد.

خانواده او پس از بازداشت با وجود پیگیری‌های مکرر هیچ پاسخی درباره سرنوشتش نگرفتند.

به گفته اکرم نقابی، مادر سعید، او چند ماه بعد در تماسی گفته حالش خوب است و پیگیر کارش باشند.

مراجعات به ارگان‌ها تاکنون بی‌نتیجه مانده و پدر، خواهر و مادرش به‌خاطر پیگیری توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شده‌اند.

مهم‌ترین عامل فراموشی او در سال ۹۲ رخ داد؛ نرگس محمدی مانع دیدار اکرم نقابی با کاترین اشتون، مسئول وقت سیاست خارجی اتحادیه اروپا، در سفارت اتریش شد. پس از اعتراض خانم نقابی، اخبار مربوط به سعید زینالی و مادرش برای همیشه از رسانه‌های فارسی‌زبان سانسور شد.

جان #علی_زارعی در خطر است.
علی یکی از زندانیان سیاسی در ایران است که به مجازات غیرانسانیِ اعدام محکوم شده و اکنون در خطر اجرای این حکم قرار گرفته است.
شرم بر نهادها و کنشگران حقوق بشری ایرانی و بین‌المللی باشد که از پیگیری این مسأله فقط به خاطر گرایش‌های سیاسی خودشان، کوتاهی می‌کنند.
علی زارعی که از آسیب دیدگان چشمی در اعتراض‌های سال ۱۴۰۱ بوده و توانسته بود از کشور خارج شود، چند ماه پیش به دلیل مشکلات خانوادگی و از جمله بیماری مادرش، مجبور به بازگشت به ایران شد اما بلافاصله توسط نهادهای امنیتی بازداشت و پس از محاکمهٔ غیر علنی، ناعادلانه و غیرشفاف توسط قوهٔ قضائیهٔ جمهوری اسلامی، به اعدام محکوم شد.

Ali Zarei, a political prisoner in Iran, has been sentenced to the inhumane punishment of death and is now at risk of execution.
Shame on Iranian and international human rights organizations and activists who, due solely to their political affiliations and ideological biases, fail to pursue this matter and take meaningful action to protect his life.
Ali Zarei was among those who suffered eye injuries during the 2022 protests in Iran and had managed to leave the country. However, several months ago, due to family circumstances, including his mother's illness, he was compelled to return to Iran. He was immediately arrested by security authorities and subsequently sentenced to death by the Islamic Republic's judiciary following a closed-door, unfair, and opaque trial that failed to meet basic standards of due process and a fair trial.
Ali Zarei's life is in immediate danger. His case requires urgent international attention and intervention to prevent the implementation of his death sentence and to safeguard his fundamental rights.
