The Execution Hub for female-led initiatives. Delivering the practical tools, systems, and resilience frameworks women need to launch and lead projects.
Inspiration alone doesn't launch projects. Systems do.
The internet is full of spaces offering women motivational slogans and networking cards. But inspiration won't scale a business or launch an NGO.
The WLM Society is changing the narrative. Welcome to The Execution Hub. 🧵👇

Some companies are built around a market opportunity. Hers was built around a mission.
After losing her father to cancer, Shani set out to change how cancer is detected. That led her to co-found HT Vet — AI-powered, radiation-free imaging that helps vets assess suspicious masses in seconds.

We’re not just talking about mentorship. We’re here to be it.
#WLMSociety#NoFluff
Why do you need a mentor, anyway?
It’s not someone who tells you what to do. It’s someone who already made the mistake you’re about to make — and can save you two years of learning it the hard way.
The gap isn’t ambition. It’s that the picture of who gets mentored and taken seriously as a founder still isn’t built around women by default.
A real mentor connection changes what you believe is possible for yourself.
The room you’re in either lifts you or holds up a mirror. Surround yourself with women who’ve already built what you’re trying to build, and things will shift just from proximity. You’ll believe it’s possible because you can see it, right there, in front of you. #WomenInBusiness
15% of tech founders are women.
~2% of VC funding reaches them.
Not an access problem. A perception problem.
VC is still a man’s world. Gender was never the real variable.
Time to stop waiting for that to shift on its own.
Let’s put down the pressure of having it all figured out. Real execution requires agility, not a front.
What is something you’ve learned recently by simply staying open?

As women entrepreneurs, we’re conditioned to believe that leadership means being rigid, bulletproof, and always "holding our ground."
But rigid perfectionism is an operational trap. It doesn't protect your business; it limits it.
The ultimate edge? Vulnerability. 👇
1. Embrace vulnerabilities: Say "I don't know yet" It builds high-velocity trust.
2. Pay attention to the shield: Notice the exact moment you get defensive just to prove a point. Drop the armor.
3. Practice constantly: Share unfinished ideas. Ask for early feedback. (4/5)
