I just finished reading “What to Make of a Life”, by Jim Collins. So inspired by it.
I really related to all the concepts and life phases he so eloquently dove into.
Encoding, cliffs, fog, simplex stepping, extend out/circle back, etc.
This is not only an amazing research project, but his artful pairings of the people explored, the patterns identified and conclusions reached are groundbreaking.
I am grateful to our mutual friend, Cathy Hemming, who published Good to Great ( which was a huge influence on my own career, as I wrote about in my own book, “Layered Leadership”)

Wandered into @Barnes&Noble Aliso Viejo today and found Layered Leadership prominently displayed!
They asked me to sign these copies, and will place them in an even better location.
Thank you B&N!
