The interest on the 1/16th scholarship I lost 40 years ago has probably accumulated to some serious coin, worth at least 2 #Superlight2 heads.

As the 40th anniversary of the last D1 season for #TribeLacrosse ends we present you with our home & away jersey for the 1986 season.
And yes, the cost ($2.50 per) to add a “W&M” above our #’s was declined by the athletic department due to budgetary restraints.
To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the cutting of the William Mary Men’s D1 #Lacrosse Team by the College and Athletic Director John Randolph, we reached deep into the archives and present this #Brine Superlight ll, proudly sported during the ‘87-‘88 club seasons.
Bittersweet to see #TribeLax represented in the 1986 North/South game by attackman Scott Driscoll following our final D1 season, an honor well deserved by the product of LI’s Uniondale High School, whose personality matched his outrageous skills on the field!
This Tribe lacrosse sibling turned 56 today - we like to think his lax accolades in hs & @jhumenslacrosse were inspired after he watched us put a 12-5 beat down on @NDlacrosse as a 9th grader in 1986!
The 1985-86 Tribe lacrosse varsity squads send our condolences to the family of Brian Campbell ‘88, our trainer in those final 2 seasons. As pictured here, wedged btwn Kris & Scott, be was a quiet presence in the background but we knew we were literally in good hands in his care.
