Good Afternoon @WMount students. Here is Mr Hirst doing some maths in the snow! As an upgrade activity, snowfall is often measured inches, can you tell us how deep the snow is and how tall the snowman is in inches?

@WMount students - while the school systems are unavailable, take advantage of the time and do some extra @hegartymaths. Do some tasks off your knowledge organisers, some suggested quizzes from your assessment feedback sheets or catch up on some outstanding homework.

We have had some messages from @WMount students about the pass mark on @hegartymaths. The pass mark from Hegarty is 70% and will go orange if this is achieved (green for 100%). We have added some more detail on the Hegarty Help Sheet in your SharePoint areas.

Lola is the most amazing+inspiring young girl. I got goosebumps when I watched this as I was so inspired by how brave+determined Lola is. Mum asked me to share/RT to inspire any other kids who may be nervous of maths or doubting themselves. Think I’ve got something in my eye! 🥲
