AOW: Micah placed 6th with a Personal Record in the 400, 3rd in High Jump, 2nd with a personal record in Triple Jump, and also had a personal record in the 100m.

AOW: Maggie earned All Conference in Triple Jump & 100H, and 4th in long jump yesterday. Maggie has been a fantastic leader this season. We will miss her hard work, drive to improve, fun attitude, and leadership!

Royals Co-AOW: Zack Hilgers has come a long way in his 4 years as a WM Track athlete. Zack has a laid back goofy side he shares with the team, He has stepped up as a leader, works hard in practices, and is willing to try new events as a senior. This picture is of his 300H debut.

Royals Co-AOW: Ella Holmstrom’s senior season she has started off strong. Her focus and determination to improve inspires her teammates and is a great example for the large number of underclassmen. In the picture above Ella is leading the pack in the 800m race.
