WOFF-AF

Warrant Officer of the Royal Australian Air Force

[WOFF-AF @WOFFAF]

Each year, the AFSA conducts The SUMMIT, an annual event pivotal for key organisational business. I had the privilege this year to be invited by CMSAF David Wolfe to speak at The SUMMIT26, a first for the RAAF.

[WOFF-AF @WOFFAF]

This week at #PitchBlack26, I spoke with Australian and International aviators about service, purpose and what it means to be part of Air Force.

We may be a small force, but our strength comes from working together with our partners and friends.

[Air Marshal Stephen Chappell @CAF_Australia]

Thank you to the graduates, families, friends and instructors of No. 285 ADF Pilots’ Course for the honour of serving as Reviewing Officer at RAAF Pearce. A proud day recognising extraordinary effort and achievement. Thank you, @WOFFAF for joining me.

[Air Marshal Stephen Chappell @CAF_Australia]

The RAAF Museum reminds us that while Air Force continues to evolve to meet new challenges, our people remain our greatest advantage. Alongside @WOFFAF, I was privileged to recognise two members awarded the 5th Clasp to the Long Service Medal — the Federation Star. #AusAirForce

Congrats to the newest ADF Chefs graduating from HMAS Cerberus. @WOFFAF and I sampled their outstanding “East Meets West” showcase—reflecting months of hard work, skill, and teamwork. ADF personnel are in capable hands.

Continuing our visit to RAAF Base Williamtown, @WOFFAF and I joined graduates, instructors and guests at the Air Warfare Instructor Course (AWIC) Graduation Dinner in Lovedale, NSW. Congratulations to all graduates on reaching this significant milestone.

[Air Marshal Stephen Chappell @CAF_Australia]

Thank you to WGCDR Vicky Bezuidenhout and WOFF Paul Crouch for welcoming @WOFFAF and I to RAAF Base Williamtown. During our official visit, we met with members of No. 1 Security Forces Squadron, No. 3 Control and Reporting Unit, and No. 4 Squadron.

[WOFF-AF @WOFFAF]

I recently visited the USA for RAAF Week. This annual engagement strengthens RAAF and USAF relationships and enhances our #ausairforce capability.
Alongside @CAF_Australia, I then attended the 2026 Pacific Air Chiefs Symposium, which maintains partnerships with our global allies.

[WOFF-AF @WOFFAF]

To our aviators, & the air domain team – thank you for an incredible 2025. Your service & dedication has been at the forefront of all we have achieved. We wish you, and your loved ones a safe break and send our greatest thanks to those on duty or deployed during this time.

[Air Marshal Stephen Chappell @CAF_Australia]

In 2025 we continued to focus on our mission to generate and deliver highly effective air power. Our people knew their purpose. You were trained, flexible, and ready when called.

Every member of the air domain team should be immensely proud of their contributions.
