Protesters in NYC have started marching in Manhattan shutting down the streets outside City Hall demanding justice for Palestine and marking 3 years of ongoing genocide and resistance 🇵🇸
THREE YEARS OF GENOCIDE. THREE YEARS OF RESISTANCE.
📍 New York City Hall
🗓️ October 7, 2026
⏰ 4:00pm
October 7th marks three years of the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people, one of the deadliest ongoing and globally broadcasted massacres in modern history.
October 7th marks three years since resistance against imperialism changed the fate of our world forever.
In New York City, Mayor Zohran Mamdani campaigned on promises to the Palestine movement. He has betrayed his own alleged values, failing to make those promises a reality. Instead, he has repeatedly capitulated to zionist pressure: Criminalizing protests against the sale of stolen Palestinian land in New York City through the passage of the NYC Council Bill Intro 1-B; allowing the NYPD to surveil, arrest, and violently suppress protests against these illegal land sales; and most recently, pledging $26 million tax dollars to the “Strategy to Combat Anti-Semitism“ which will provide funding for zionist propagandist groups such as JCRC-NY; and security infrastructure for zionist synagogues which host illegal real estate sales of stolen Palestinian land to expand settlements.
The Mayor’s claim of solidarity with the Palestinian people is meaningless when it is followed by no action and capitulation to zionist pressure.
🇵🇸 Join us on October 7th at 4pm outside City Hall to hear the student movement's demands to the Mayor of New York City, one of two institutional authorities over the CUNY Board of Trustees.
🇵🇸 Join us to honor our martyrs, prisoners, and liberators, and to remind New York City that we will not rest until the complete liberation of the Palestinian people.

Gaza’s water infrastructure has been destroyed. So we built our own.
Join The Sameer Project LIVE on X with our team inside and outside Gaza as we discuss our new desalination plant, producing clean water under blockade, bombardment, fuel shortages, and severe equipment restrictions. This conversation will be facilitated by @Louis_Allday!
Join us on October 6th, at 1pm Palestine time / 11 am UK time.

This is @18urbanwarrior, a Zionist who has harassed me for years, including by following and filming me. After I gave birth, he launched a harassment campaign targeting me and my newborn baby, even calling my son a “human shield.”
I’m suing him and his organization. Support our lawsuit and help us hold these violent extremists accountable:

“My son didn’t die in vain. This was his sacrifice for our homeland, for Palestine.” These were the words of Amal Al-Durrah, mother of 12-year-old Muhammad Al-Durrah, following his martyrdom on September 30, 2000.
26 years ago today right after the Al-Aqsa Intifada began two days earlier, Muhammad was murdered in cold blood in Gaza by occupation forces as his father held him in his arms.
Footage of Muhammad’s final moments as his father attempted to shield him was captured by Palestinian cameraman Talal Abu Rahma and broadcast around the world by the news outlet France 2, sparking global outrage and condemnation.
Talal Abu Rahma later recounted, “There were a lot of calls and investigations with me about how true the images were. I had one answer for them. The camera doesn’t lie.”
On October 15, 2023, 23 years after Muhammad was murdered, Jamal Al-Durrah’s other son, two of his bothers, his sister-in-law and his niece were murdered in an airstrike by the genocidal zionist entity in which more than fifty of his family members were massacred.
Today we join Palestinians across Palestine and around the world in honoring Muhammad Al-Durrah and all of Palestine’s martyrs. In their memory the struggle for liberation and return within our lifetime continues.
Part of the mayor's strategy for this fake problem is to increase school trips to the Museum of Jewish Heritage. The museum is explicitly Zionist, and last year held a "Rage Against Hate" event full of Islamophobic speakers, including the former chief of Mossad and Eylon Levy
Mamdani knows the NYPD and ADL call pro-Palestinian speech “antisemitism.” So when he pours more money into “fighting antisemitism,” who does he think they’re going to come after? This is funding to criminalize anti-Zionism, with a progressive mayor’s signature on the check.
“If you cannot trust our voices, after we have documented our own suffering in real time, then we definitely do not trust your humanity or your fake feelings. History shall hold you accountable for your complicity.” @MosabAbuToha
I have not yet watched NAZA, though I have seen some of the footage and excerpts published online.
I’m struggling to understand what this film is going to add to what I have already witnessed in Gaza and personally survived.
I have written hundreds of times about relatives of mine and my wife, as well as thousands of other families, who were killed in their sleep, in their homes, in tents, and in school shelters. I have relatives whose remains are still trapped beneath the rubble of their homes.
I have posted countless times about Israel’s bombing of residential buildings, including entire towers. Just two days ago, I wrote about the recovery of the remains of 101 people who had been trapped beneath the rubble since October 25, 2023. And whatever the hell does “recovery” even mean in this context?
Survivors have spoken. They have written. They have documented the massacres day and night.
The essays are there. The social media posts are there. The videos are there. The photographs are there. The testimonies are there.
And Israelis, officials, soldiers, and even some artists have publicly expressed views calling for more killing, for the killing of Palestinians more broadly. Remember the April 2024 poll in which 34% of Israeli adults said their military had “not gone far enough.”
[Note: between October 2023 and April 2024, Israel slaughtered over 34,000 Palestinians. Still not enough!]
Just yesterday, we watched a video of a 17-year-old saying that even babies in Gaza must be killed.
It’s all there.
So what will this film add?
How will it move anyone to action to stop these war crimes when the people living through them have been documenting them in real time, over and over again?
I just cannot imagine a Holocaust victim or survivor somehow managing to write and simultaneously publish their testimony from inside a concentration camp or gas chamber in Germany, Poland, or Italy, while also filming the killing and deaths of the people around them, whether from gassing, starvation, or other forms of extermination, and publishing that footage online.
And then, years later, a group of Nazi officers, after being strictly anonymized, comes forward to declare that they orders to carry out atrocities. They come forward to describe what the victims had already documented and shared with the world in real time.
I mean, come on!
How the hell is that more shocking than the actual footage of babies being killed? Of entire families being wiped out? Of people digging through the rubble for the remains of their loved ones?
I mean, yes, NAZA could be important for racist people who refuse to trust Palestinians when we speak but are willing to trust the Israeli narrative. I mean here editors in the NYT, CNN, Reuters, AP, and others to present the Israeli justification for a crime before anything else in the headline. (example below)
But HELL with that.
If you cannot trust our voices, after we have documented our own suffering in real time, then we definitely do not trust your humanity or your fake feelings.
History shall hold you accountable for your complicity.
Reminder that of the last 10 NYC mayors- a period spanning 70 years- Zohran Mamdani is the *only one* that's kept the previous admin's police commissioner
