"Blessed be the GOD and FATHER of our Lord Jesus Christ who according to HIS great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living HOPE through the resurrection of J.C. from the DEAD"

[Langston Hughes @HughesPoetLangs]

Out of the rackruin of our gangster death,
The rape and rot of graft, and stealth, and lies,
We, the people, must redeem
The land, the mines, the plants, the rivers.
The mountains and the endless plain--
All, all the stretch of these great green states--
And make America again!

[Countee Cullen Poet @CCullenPoet]

Dead men are wisest, for they know
How far the roots of flowers go,
How long a seed must rot to grow.

Dead men alone bear frost and rain
On throbless heart and heatless brain,
And feel no stir of joy or pain.
