with respect, you are not my employer so you don't say what my job is. I criticise when I feel appropriate (and have done about Arsenal's recruitment plenty of times over the years). Player access is not dependent on not criticising or otherwise, that just isn't how things work. I reported on BCD friendly results club wanted to stay under wraps and it didn't stop me getting a player interview, the club don't (and shouldn't) care about my opinion. The Athletic reported on dressing room discord last season and their access is totally unimpacted. This just represents an enormous misunderstanding on your part about how this all works. Nobody senior at the club reads my opinion work or listens to the podcast, my opinion is only really relevant for entertainment purposes for readers and listeners. It has no other impact. If you don't care for it, that is fine. If you cannot recognise criticism unless it is screamed at volume that is also fine. But that is your issue, not mine.
