The situation at Brown University is precisely why constitutional carry at any place except secure/controlled areas is a must. Don't have metal detector and sterile border, my carrying a concealed firearm is not criminal!!! #EllaCook#2A#MyDefenseMyChoice#ConstitutionalCarry
@kevinvdahlgren Meanwhile Clackamas Town Center is bustling, even with MAX, so it's not a transit issue but rather a county+city leadership issue. #DoBetterPortland
@JacobsVegasLife Grok says a weighted avg. of US citizens + international tourists visiting the US who are smokers, makes up about 12% of the population. To cater fairly, casinos should designate 12% of slots + games in a smoking area, and free the remaining 88% for those who want to breathe.
@povcops Florida also prohibited open carry, so the general public (and police) perceived anyone with a visible firearm was a threat. By legalizing open carry and normalizing the presence and visibility of firearms, I don't think people would be so quick to react negatively.
@EndWokeness Constitutional Carry (e.g. conceal carry at ALL public places, such as train stations and post offices, restaurants, etc.) for all 50 states, please. #NoMoreImaginaryLines
Former democrat-- I grew up wanting to live a car-free life, rely on mass transit light-rail in Portland... Voted for Obama, etc.
Never. Again.
Transit is not safe. Immigrants beat my head in, so now I stand on the hill of transit conceal-carry. Furries are advocating for assassinations. Nope, not for me. #RedVoter
@kevinvdahlgren I wouldn't mind the tents and homelessness if the individuals didn't break into area homes and businesses, leave trash, threaten or rob people, spray graffiti and/or do drugs.
