Computer Science Education Week is fast approaching (Dec 9 to Dec 15). To celebrate we begin our honor roll of pioneers in Computer Science and Computer Engineering. Today we honor Admiral Grace Hopper who developed the Cobol computer language and compiler in 1959.

In honor of Black History Month, Ms. Levant’s 5th grade class @MAS_WP applied their coding skills to create a Rosa Parks museum. The lesson introduced the students to computational thinking and decomposition to break down a problem into smaller parts.@DrJosephRicca @MsLevant
