Women Leaders of WRD:
Esther Rojas is the 1st & ONLY woman
#Watermaster in the State! She oversees the Central and West Coast Basins and ensures water rights adhere to adopted water codes; she also handles all state and federal grant funding and regional planning for WRD.
Women at WRD Spotlight:
Jessica Koop is a Senior Engineer at WRD. She manages all projects at the Leo J. Vander Lans Advanced Water Treatment Facility (LVL AWTF) in Long Beach. Jessica has 10 years of experience in the field of civil and environmental engineering!
