KongHub: 港大深圳醫院被揭同一名肝膽胰科紀姓顧問醫生，於2018年至2021年間涉及三宗致命醫療事故。公開���介顯示，該醫生為主任醫師、香港大學榮譽助理教授，現任港大深圳醫院肝膽胰腺及肝移植專科科室副主管、創傷中心執行主任。其中兩宗病人接受重大器官切除後，術後病理顯示並無患癌；兩人分別於術後約一個月及四個月死亡。法院判港大深圳醫院分別承擔80%及100%責任，合共賠償約210萬元人民幣。

首宗涉及77歲張婆婆。她因膽囊結石求診後，被診斷為胰腺癌，接受大型手術，切除膽囊、胰腺、脾臟、十二指腸及部分胃部等多個器官；術後病理顯示未見惡性證據。張婆婆其後因嚴重併發症死亡，法院判醫院負全責。第二宗涉及78歲L先生，他因黃疸求醫，被診斷為遠端膽總管癌，翌日接受胰十二指腸切除術；術後證實並非癌症，其後併發症死亡，法院判醫院承擔80%責任。

第三宗涉及雷先生。他於2021年因肝臟腫瘤，在港大深圳醫院接受達文西機械人輔助手術；術後被指腫瘤切除不徹底，18日後需再開刀，其後癌症惡化，2023年離世。廣東省醫學會鑑定該案構成四級醫療事故，醫方承擔主要責任。

院方稱首兩宗會按法院判決賠償；第三宗則稱醫療失誤屬最輕級別，手術與死亡無關。至於涉事醫生有否停刀、停職或受紀律處分，院方僅稱「有措施，是醫院內部管理的事」。公開資料仍可見其醫生簡介；家屬質疑紀姓醫生是否仍在執刀應診，院方未有正面交代。
