⚠️ We are extremely busy dealing with multiple flood-related incidents, including rescuing people from cars and flooding in buildings.
Lots of localised flooding on roads across West Sussex, please take care tonight and only drive if absolutely necessary ☔️

⚠️ A27 CLOSED both ways from Fishbourne, Chichester to Havant ⚠️
Around 20 cars stuck in flood water. Police on the scene and the road closed in both directions.
We are attending with specialist equipment to help bring people to safety.
AVOID THE AREA and only travel if necessary

Operational Assurance Site is now a one stop shop for all things OPS A including full transparency across the service in what change we are affecting. A few more things to go across but it is taken shape. Thanks to everyone's continued support of Ops A

The Operational Assurance SharePoint is now live and contains all things OPS A from debrief reports and presentations to exercise guidance. This is open to the whole service and we will be adding more soon.

Another couple of OA engagement sessions done this week with @BognorFire crews, great to catch up and even managed a chat with @SelseyFire whilst on standby to show how to feedback to Ops A and the changes we are affecting due to this. We will be seeing all the stations in time.

After carrying out our first engagement session this week, the OA team is booked in with all watches @BognorFire and on call section. @SelseyFire and @EastWitt_stn40 all booked to be visited by a member of the team. We will ensure we engage with all stations and watches in time.

Ops A team carried out the first engagement session with red watch @LittlehamptonFS today. The team will be booking in more sessions to come see every watch and station to talk about all things operational learning, what we do, how we do it, why we do it and new things coming.
