@sholard_mancity This app is very very useless 😕 a disgrace to the community, anyway @SafaricomPLC kindly check on this and stop forcing issues if this app can't be convenient just bring back the good old app.

[Mike Mulembo @OnzereMike]

@sholard_mancity This app is like SHA

So frustrating
The team that did sha must be the ones that did this app. Wako na kiburi ya group of schools

[Notaras @nony_mas]

@sholard_mancity @AIRTEL_KE Why can't you see the competitive advantage and take it. Why can't you solve a problem and beat this safaricom cons from the market. Don't you have funds or something.

[Marcus Olang' @marcusolang]

The best thing about the new Safaricom M-PESA app (or MyOneApp or My-OneApp or whatever the variation du jour is) is the fact that I’ve been completely disincentivised from using M-PESA. The savings made on transaction costs this past week alone… Thank you, @SafaricomPLC! 😍😍

[MrGenius @oneitonitram]

@marcusolang @SafaricomPLC I am forced to now only use airtelmoney for transactions

[musirivi robai @robaimusirivi]

@oneitonitram @marcusolang @SafaricomPLC And they give you transaction costs back as airtime

[Brio Muiruri @MgBrio]

@SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care Pathetic apology. The "what we are doing now" section seems to imply that you are intent on keeping the #MyOneApp . We do not want it! Give us the old MPESA app back or even better release the very stable beta version that had merged both the mpesa & mysafaricom into one app!

[Allén Mûtähi @AllenNext]

@Voice_Roy We don't have to use M-Pesa only. There's Airtel money.

I have MyAirtel app on 1 phone while the Airtel SIM is on a different phone. Still works fine. I don't think MyOneApp can do that.

[Wilson S. K. Wasike @WSKWasike]

@Safaricom_Care @GriffinMisiani Dear Sirs/Madams @Safaricom_Care,@SafaricomPLC @Safari_Mpesa_ @SafaricomFDN how long does it take to implement the identified weaknesses e.g., lack of my spend by category? Is Safaricom's acknowledgement of feedback and promise to act the end of the road?

[Wilson S. K. Wasike @WSKWasike]

@Safaricom_Care @KalelaJameson Why has "My Spend" by category (e.g., transport, food, loans, etc) been removed with the "improved" security? @Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC
