Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather.

Weather models gonna weather model. Changes to my map will be updated shortly. The system is trending south at the 11th hour with a potential jackpot area at the coast, inland sees less. #wsyl
Snow starts around 2am. The worst will be between 5-10am. With some 1 inch + snowfall rates. Heavy wet pasty flakes! Hereβs my first map. Will tweak if needed! #wsyl
A really tough forecast on this system that is moving around quite a bit in the last 24 hours. A jog of 20-30 miles can mean quite a difference in snowfall. #wsyl
Next up is Friday 1/19 system coming thru! Light snow starts at 7-8am. Will be light and fluffy variety, sticks around all day till 5-6pm. 1-2 inches. More at the coast, less inland! #wsyl
Storm rolls in around 11pm tonight. Light accumulation if any till day break. Coating to an inch down here at the shore. A touch more as you go north. Could be some mixing at the shore. Still no clarity on that, which could bump down the accumulation. #wsyl
Some squalls will come thru tomorrow 12pm or so. Can be quick and put a coating down on the ground! Artic air will be pushing these thru with our coldest week of winter yet! #wsyl
Tuesdays βstormβ is appearing to turn into a dud, lot of noise on the weather map at the model at the moment though. So Iβm gonna wait on this one. Still expect a period of light snow to break out 4-5am Tuesday morning. Schools? Delays? Not sure yet! #wsyl
Right now itβs too early to put a snow map out, models are and will continue to fluctuate back and forth. (windshield wiper effect)
Timing wise, I would go with later Saturday evening into the majority of the day Sunday. #wsyl
Most likely our first real βstormβ of the season on tap for Monday night into Tuesday. Will be posting a snowfall map tomorrow. Really depends on where the low forms to see where the rain/snow line will be. Or this could be all snow. Stay tuned! #wsyl
