@Atlas_Rock_@AndrewHWestern There's a big difference between equality of opportunity (good) and equality of result (bad). Those promoting equality of result are the losers for whom equality of opportunity is not enough for them to succeed.
@AndrewHWestern Narcissists who get found out get really vicious when defending their delusion. It looks as if that's what you're doing. Champagne socialism has lost its attraction now that it has become clear what destruction it has caused.
@garrypickles@Fox_Claire From the training courses I did, it was always illegal to positively discriminate. The narrative, however, encouraged it and no one to my knowledge ever got prosecuted for it.
@PsrHcl@Fox_Claire The old adage about change seems appropriate. "Change the people, or change the people". It looks to me as if the latter is necessary.
The philosophy behind dei and unconscious bias is wrong. It's no good over- or under-correcting. It's a new/old paradigm that's needed. No acknowledgement of identity, the Martin Luther King approach. Once identity politics is allowed, characteristics get into the law and once that happens, it's multi tier justice.
@KarlTurnerMP Even a basic on-topic response seems too difficult. It's easier to play the man not the ball, you "racist far right scum", using a few words borrowed from your ex-colleagues. I didn't realise that you were just another sneering supercilious leftard. Shame.
@JChimirie66677 The people who selected him did a good job of ensuring compliance to woke ideology. The whole public sector leadership and large parts of private sector leadership are full of these vainglorious incompetents with a nauseating and misplaced sense of moral superiority.
@WillKingston Come on Will. No words? Don't say that you've got writer's block just when your fans are desperate for your next perceptive and pithy polemic!
