Got that fed up with having a £500 lump sat in my garden I had to break out the tools and fix it myself, probably voiding any warranty (if there's such a thing) with this company. I certainly won't be buying another Cleverspa that's for sure

@cleverspajunk @CleverSpaUk It's all glued together. No way of opening it to get to the valve. Having said that, I've hit it with a hammer and the valve has released and I now have a working hot tub.

Well as I've had no response to my warranty claim I've taken matters in to my own hands. Airjets not working. This is the offending item. Non return valve that's jammed. Wonder if they can just send me a new part?

So once you finally get comms via email, I was sent a document that details what I believe to be a temporary fix. The old if it doesn't work hit it with a hammer. Clearly a bad design or poor components used.
