@KarlFelippe Season 8 was definitely questionable at the time of release, but personally I loved seeing 12 grow as a character. His arc overall is fantastic and IMO Capaldi is the definitive Doctor. That’s a hill I’ll die on
@SpideyYurio Not gonna lie, I played OG FF7 after SO many ppl on Reddit told me it’s THE one to play. Played it, and it’s great but it didn’t change my life like everyone led me to believe. But ya know what game did? FFXIII. Absolutely loved that from beginning to end
Man can I just say now that it’s not a popular audio, I genuinely hated hearing half a years worth of the choir version of Madonna’s Like a Prayer. Song is nothing short of rage bait to me now
@WeWatchedAMovie I kept seeing that quote about how it’s gonna shake religious people’s faith, and look I get Spielberg is a titan in the industry, but like….it sounded like such a Reddit atheist thing to say. PLUS there’s no way your movies that good
Bear, who has discovered at this late date that love can be as sticky as a vat of molasses, as unpalatable as a hunk of spoiled yeast, & as all-consuming as a six-alarm fire in a bamboo & canvas tent. Case history of a lover boy, who should never have entered the Twilight Zone.
@fandompulse As much as I hated the forced politics that permeated the show-he’s got a point. I had no problem with Jodie or Ncuti. I did have a problem with how they were written tho. Telling a good story was not at the forefront for them unfortunately
@ravi__ravioli@RedLReviews I’ve been meaning to get around to it but I remember upon Chibnall/Jodies reveal a lot of ppl quoted Broadchurch as being a fantastic series and a good sign of things to come. What a shame it didn’t pan out that way
@rpfisfine Granted idk much about the “expanded lore” like rules and levels, but I do at least think there being more than just the standard yellow backrooms is cool. More areas that capture that liminal space “you’re not suppose to be here” vibe is just fine by me.
