@LandRover_UK who would have thought it would be so difficult to pay you money. 3 attempts through the app to renew an in control subscription. A further attempt through a chatbot and am still unable to renew today. Impossible to get through to a human and websites not working.

@CartMisterJ We are aware of some issues with HSBC customers adding funds to our site, which we are currently investigating. It might be worth trying to re-register your card in the meantime, or trying to add a lower amount (that has worked for a few players before). ^Mario
