@EllieSurtees_OT 1) Thank you for helping mold the future of OTs ❤️ 2) They don’t have to do things exactly the way you do or as well, they just have to show up as best they can for the patient 3) It’s ok to say “I don’t know, but let’s find out together” because it reduces imposter syndrome!
