Halfway through eating the Asian slaw I ordered for lunch I realized I can't eat cabbage or ramen noodles. Then my insides exploded #fodmap

[Amy @WTFodmap]

Dietician: make sure you are incorporating protein with every meal/snack, especially breakfast. Me: so what you're saying is more #bacon?

[Amy @WTFodmap]

@FODMAP what I need to do is figure out a recipe for fodmaps friendly taco mix. I will triumph!

[Amy @WTFodmap]

[Amy @WTFodmap]

@IBSIBD yes. The first 10 days were hell. Finally through the detox. Now trying to find new recipes. And quick meals on the go

[Amy @WTFodmap]

@CatsosIBSFreeRD well that's exactly what I thought when my nutritionist suggested the low #fodmap diet!!! Lol.

[Amy @WTFodmap]

@CatsosIBSFreeRD just got your book this week. Very helpful. Now I have to get the Kindle new version on my iPad. :)

[Amy @WTFodmap]
