@DesireeAmerica4 The reason the judge has the AUTHORITY to overrul the President is because a FEDERAL LAWSUIT WAS FILED! Courts may strike down executive orders not only on the grounds that the president lacked authority to issue them OR the order is found to be unconstitutional in substance.
