@MKBHD@SnazzyLabs@Tesla@elonmusk How much interest are tou missing out on by having it sit as a deposit instead of investing it or just by parking it in a saving account?
@MacRumors It seems crazy that we will go 2.5 / 3 years without any refresh on the base iPad by the time the 11th gen comes out. It seems that not even Apple have a clue of what to do with the product line.
@SnazzyLabs How about removing that useless front facing display, all the glass and lenticular panel? Nobody liked the eyes from the outside anyways. That would save weight, battery life and price too
@sondesix The reason why I switched from android is the lack of long term updates. Looking at you Samsung. Lets see if Google keeps it’s promise for Pixels and Samsung needs to get their act together. Still 3 years only for a flagship galaxy….
@MKBHD Why would they make it Blue bubble tho? Its far more likely that it will stay green, in the statement they still differentiated iMessage plenty of times.
@Max_ODrive@SnazzyLabs Those upgraded hall effect sticks from Gulikit are not compatible with OLED model afaik, it will need a redesign for the PCB shape.
@MrFanTed@mtgproductionss@theonecid@MKBHD Think of it in a different way. I am into tech and upgrade my stuff every 2/3 years. But all the devices gets passed down in family and it’s much better to pass down a device that’s still in full support. Never felt bad abound handing down my iPhones because they still got OTA
@SnazzyLabs@DAlexander60 I 100% hate everything about the smaller screens, but i guess it depends on your usage. GPS is a big one for me and reading documentation on the go when there is just not enough space to pull the macbook out. (And no i dont want to carry my ipad around too)
@garrynewman So how much of a timesink would be to 1:1 port rust into a new engine? Would it worth the cost? What engine would be the closest to unity for easiest and quickest port?
@SnazzyLabs Never drove an EV before, so coming from a traditional key-start car, how does an EV without key and start/stop button works? What prevents someone driving away with your car after spoofing the rfid keycard for the door?
Genuine question btw
