Tried this out with Year 10 today. I was sceptical but their feedback was great; I’ll be able to plan accordingly now, knowing clearly what helps them and what they want more of in lessons. It was really insightful and more informative than I think I realised it’d be.

One of the criticisms of mini whiteboards, quite rightly, is that they are a bit of a faff. Giving out boards, then pens, then rubbers etc

So, I bought some plastic zip wallets. 2 boards, 2 pens, 2 rubbers. Pop one on each table. Done.

Open evening tonight and WOW I think that was the busiest one I’ve ever worked, literally didn’t stop! My favourite thing was our book wall, parents and children adding their favourite books to our English corridor. See the last pic for my favourite entry.
