@PerryB_Photo Daylight banice probably makes sense for a building like this, and photography reasons obviously. But if I were living in that room, give me amber light over even the hint of cool tones.
@DelegateRyanB I suspect a lot of the wailing and gnashing of teeth is because the people upset didn't understand what the original bill did, or how the comm sub missed the mark. And you're correct, true red flag laws are prohibited and have been for years.
@DelegateRyanB If we're talking about 963, it started out as a good bill. It would have raised the evidentiary standard for protection orders that already exist in the law. That changed in cmte, where it got nerfed. Best case scenario, it now did nothing. Worst case, it created a new standard.
#WVCDL Grades and Endorsements are live. Only races with in-party opponents during the primary received an endorsement. 2d round in the fall.

(2 of 2) WVCDL will be following its tradition of only endorsing GOP candidates in the GOP primary, Dem candidates in the Dem primary, and minor/independents at the general election.
If that's confusing to you, please think about it for at least 45 seconds before commenting.
(1 of 2) #WVCDL is about halfway through its primary endorsement roll-out. General grades/endorsements coming this fall.

#WVCDL thanks @TomWillisWV for his leadership this session.
Despite criticism from out-of-state groups, three WVCDL priority bills advanced through SEN JUD and now await the signature of @wvgovernor.
Thank you for your service to #WV!

HB 4169 signed by @wvgovernor , expanding who can provide mental health certification. This broadens relief options for those with past civil commitments and firearms disabilities.
Thank you, Governor!

SB 800 signed by @wvgovernor, fixing WVโs expungement oversight by restoring jury eligibility.
NICS had used this gap to unjustly deny firearms purchases. One step toward correcting unjust lifetime firearms prohibitions.
Thank you, Governor!

HB 4106, extending Constitutional Carry to 18โ20-year-old adults signed into law by @wvgovernor .
In WV, soon every law-abiding adult can exercise their rights without begging permission.
Thank you, Governor!

@RealSickaUrShit@PhilKabler It's how the Bill of Rights is supposed to work. It's a bummer it didn't for you or for me. We're trying to pass on more liberty than we received.
HB 4106 passed both chambers and heads to Gov. Morrisey. Thanks to House & Senate leadership and Judiciary Chairs. Constitutional Carry now means what it promised, for all adults. #WVCDL AAR soon.
