My bill to stop child marriage in WV, a legal form of human trafficking, is being hijacked by the far right to make arguments in favor of banning same-sex marriage.
It’s vile, and any attempt to alter this bill puts the likelihood of passage in jeopardy. We’ll see tomorrow.

HB2005 passed the House today to establish a dual enrollment pilot program! This will ensure that most college classes taken during high school are paid for by the state to give students a leg up on higher education! I'm happy to support it!
